Sanrio set rooms

So I have all the Sanrio sets but am having trouble with decorating rooms... I think it's because there aren't many pieces in the sets. So far I've successfully decorated the My Melody and Cinnamoroll rooms, but am having trouble with the rest... If you have the sets and have decorated rooms with them, could you post pictures so I can get some inspiration? Or give me some ideas? I've mixed sets with them, such as the Mermaid set with the Cinnamoroll set.

Yeah, just my OCD needs the colors to be similar and I'm having trouble finding items that can fit >.<

It's too bad that the sets have such few pieces of furniture in them. I've made a room with pieces of all the sets in it, and it actually looks pretty cute, so that's one suggestion.

the kiki & lala goes really well with mermaid I think? Im having trouble finding furniture that matches the pompompurin set personally

instead of making full rooms for the sets im just incorporating them into my current rooms, i;e the cinnamaroll cafe sign i used in my pizzeria, and i put some little twin stars stuff in my bedroom bc its all light pinks and rainbows and stuff already, but no full-set based rooms.

For the twin stars set would the pastel version of the kiddie set match?

In my opinion the kiddie set in pastel doesn't have matching tones.

I'm gonna pair it with parts of the Princess and Mermaid sets

I think Little Twin Stars would look great with the mermaid or perhaps regal series, and the Kerokerokeroppi set would look lovely with zen/garden themed items ^^

Thank you everyone for the advice! I was going to put all/most sets together but I thought the sets are so unique and they wouldn't fit together (The Hello Kitty set with the Pompompurin set for example). I was thinking about maybe mixing the Cinnamoroll with Little Twin Stars but I already made the Cinnamoroll room D: I'm so conflicted
