Buying Sand Castle

I didn't realise there was a Sand Castle to buy in ACNL until I seen another thread from someone who is also buying one.

I am now looking to buy one as well for my mermaid bedroom. Name your price!

I've quickly googled where you find one in the game, because I've never seen one, and I get a couple different answers. The most consistent answer is that you buy it from the Island. It doesn't say if you have to be on your Island or the online/internet Island.​
