Um...not for me. I've compared every browser I have (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and Opera), and Safari is the fastest of them all, followed by Chrome, then Opera, then Firefox. Now Safari just got even faster.

Honestly, I think they're pretty much the same in speed. I use both and the speed difference is so minimal that it's not even worth noting.

Then you're either lying, or something's making your Safari run slower on your computer for some reason. Because Safari is definitely faster on my computer. You're running Mac OS 10.6 Snow Leopard, right?
