Rosie vs stitches. Who?

Ive been trying for stitches for two days now
Just now i got rosie in my camp which
I needed a peppy cute villager, if i choose her i reach my max. Which was saved for stitches but i sortve liked rosie. Should i skip and keep trying or give up and go for rosie?
