Rosie the peppy cat is moving out. She changed her clothes for an uniform made by me (you can see what it looks like here). I didn't get yet her original clothes so unfortunately I let her go like that. She has all her stuff in her house I think, I had to send her few letters with her furnitures, at the moment nothing from her can be seen in Re-Tail, and I check everyday. I don't know though if villagers gave stuff to her.
The buyout is pretty high I think, but I hope that it will reduce chances of instant buyout (I have nothing against that of course, but I've seen some people really craving for her, so hopefully everyone gets the chance to give it a try).

When meeting for inviting Rosie in your town, please, first, drop the bells/stuff on the ground (I will guide you to the dropping place), if there is enough space I won't take them away before you meet her and success to make her move to your town, at the end of the session.
If we are "trading" our villagers, I'm currently full, so hopefully, you aren't and you'll be the first to invite villager in your town.
You'll have 1 hour to come to my town for him, starting the end of this auction.
