I see you want a Swablu too! I have one that is male and it's a level 23. I also have some good news about the Gligar you wanted. I was the one who had the really high level one but I met a good friend who might get me a level 24ish male Gligar for you.
I could bet those (however, I don't know when I'll be available to trade) for Angelmarina so she doesn't have to spend her TBT.

Ahhh thank you!! <33 I was looking through the shiny-dex and I saw a few other pokemon I was interested in! Of course you don't have to get them asap or ever, because just the offer was enough for me weeps/// but they were; vulpix, ralts, sentret, and combee, any one of the them is fine, but you definitely don't have to do anything!! cries
