EDIT: He is wearing one of the custom designs (the duck one) and in his house everything is the same except his weeping fig plant was replaced with his original checkered shirt. :c

ahh I'd love to adopt him (even if he wasn't original I was just asking to weigh my choices) but I'm currently waiting for someone who promised me Lolly (for 5.5 mil ; o ; ) and nobody was replying to this post but it seems that PopteenPrincess really wants Roscoe so please consider their request !!

I'm new here so I'm not sure if I'm being replied to by this comment (sorry) but if I am, you can take Roscoe in your town, that's ok! He sounds like he's one of your first choice villagers whereas he only looks interesting to me (he looks really cool!!) plus, I shouldn't have commented in the first place because I did promise to get Lolly from someone (she's a dreamy!) but they haven't gotten Lolly to ping yet and they also haven't gotten in contact with me for a while (I hope everything's ok) so go for it c:
