Your page is difficult for me to read (I've had eye surgery) but I think I don't need to fill out a form if I am not buying a sig or selling TBT, I think.

If you are available now I you can drop off the flowers? My town is a mess but there is space sporadically around for them. My mayor is Laura and my town is Earnest.
