Rolling suitcase DLC?

I've been to a Nintendo Hotspot several times and had street-tags. I've always gotten the DLC gift before. All of my characters and mayors have received the letter from Nintendo in their mailbox.

But whenever I go to the Post Office to ask about a present, Pelly always tells me I already have the item. The latest item I have is the Tree Stump Chair.

Where, oh where, is my suitcase? I would like to get it before the time is up, but has anyone else not received their suitcase either? I have no clue as to why I am not receiving it this time.

That is so sweet of you! I'll give it one more day and if I don't get it by tomorrow I just may take you up on that. I love to get the DLC's and they are like a treat to me. I have to go now but if I don't get it I'll PM you tomorrow. Thank you!

I can't seem to get the suitcase either. I connected to Nintendo Zone at a Best Buy. :s Got the stump though.

I don't know if this helps, but I got mine at the Nintendo Zone at my local Starbucks. Seems that every Starbucks, at least near me, are Nintendo Zones.
