Robin Williams, who unfortunately passed away

I was just taking to my younger sister earlier today about how much I love and respect Robin Williams as I grew up with him in the 90s and early 00s. :c
This is too sad but he was obviously in pain.
Rest in peace Mr. Williams, you were one of the best talents I ever had the pleasure to grow up with.

so shocked and so very very very sad to wake up to this news. it's always awful when one of the people that shaped your childhood passes away, and it breaks my heart to think of what his family are going through
at least now, after his lengthy battle with inner demons, he's free and at peace
rest in peace robin williams, thanks for all the laughs :-(

There is a Mexican saying that we die three deaths: the first when our bodies die, the second when our bodies are lowered into the earth out of sight, and the third when our loved ones forget us.

In this sense, Robin Williams will remain immortal, as his name will always live on in our hearts and in the hearts of many to come. May he rest in peace and forever live in our hearts, even if it is simply as the Genie.

So sad. :( Watched my favorite movie, August Rush, with my boyfriend in honor of him.

pretty much this tbh
this is impossible to swallow, ive never felt so much for a celebrity death

I agree, I was too shocked earlier, but I am crying right now ;_; Sooooooo f****ng sad...

He made me smile and always seemed like such an incredible guy...I didn't cry when Phillip Seymour Hoffman died, but this is too tragic!

NO :( NOOOOOOO.

Boyfriend and I are doing movie night. Kill me.

I actually broke out my VCR and started watching all of the vhs's we had of robin williams movies. Surprised it and they worked, but man, that brought me back.

Thank you for the beautiful post, jamie.

Just re-reading all these post and man...
I've never been so down about a celebrity death in my life, I truly feel heartbroken.

No problem :)

I'm sitting here thinking about how hard it's going to be to watch Hook, or Bicentennial man now.

i can't stop crying. I remember growing up watching Aladdin and Aladdin3 and seeing Hook whenever I needed a laugh growing up I'd put on one of his movies. this is so heartbreaking my heart aches for his family.

Woke up this morning and saw the headline. Never opened it, knew how much more real it would all be after.

Not too difficult writing this now because I can see him dancing along to queen the back of my mind. Bicentennial Man for one is going to stay with me for a long time just like Robin will, definitely one of the heavier nails in the childhood coffin. I'm at a loss.
