Not sure if my wifi's still being finicky or not. Speed test says it's not doing so hot but I'm up for giving it a shot.
I haven't got a stylus so replies in game will be pretty slow. Also I edited in details about payment in the first post a while back that you might like to check if you haven't already! I'll show you to Beau and you can check him/pick him up and then head to Re-Tail. <:

Someone could potentially outbid if you're not around when he pings, yes, because I take offers until the villager pings. Any offers after the ping don't/won't count. I've been trying to make sure that the villagers I'm cycling out are for people who are online for them at the time, though (denying a villager moving until a later time). As I said, I'll probably head off to bed after Beau's taken care of, but I'll be back, at the very latest, at around 4PM Pacific time (12 hours from now!) to continue cycling since that's a time when more people are usually around so I won't have to be so particular when it comes to villager pings. :> If you're around then, you shouldn't miss him!

Worst case scenario, we can always wait until later. I'll be at a friend's place so I'll be able to use their wifi. As I said before, the last offer before a villager ping is the last one that counts, so any offers made after yours won't be valid. He'd go to you, guaranteed, you'd just have to wait a while.
