No, out of everyone - she has been there the longest. Everyone who came before her was asking to move

She always pinged me, but when i talked to her - they were never about moving at all :/ she just won't budge no matter how much I try the past days.

It is very possible for me to get pekoe again.
She was in my past town, and I restarted, so I don't have to cycle to get her back.

i restarted and he was adopted in my past town = i don't need to do the 16 villager cycle. o:
