I noticed my villagers got sick more often as I jumping days and TT-ing. Like not talking as much or checking on them and helping them everyday. Maybe they are sick so they'll get more attention to us I dunno. My villagers never get sick in my main town so far but they get sick a lot when I TT-ing like crazy as I trying to reset :O

I feel so bad, everytime she is sick I always buy her some medicine. :c and she still writes me letters.
