Restart my town? Advise needed!

Okay, so I have had the issue for ages about whether I should restart my town. I am worried I would regret it and just have another awful town. So I have made a list of why I want a new town, and why I dont want one:

I want a new town because
New villagers
New map layout that is better
New native fruits
A better town name
Better theme
New start

Why I dont want to start again:
Get rid of all my PWP that I have spent ages on
Possibly wont find a better town
Loose all my QR codes
My hybrids....

I am also looking for someone who I no I can trust to hold my 4 mil bells. I am scared I will find someone who will steal all my bells. Do I know I can trust people to hold my stuff whilst I re-start? I really need advise.

You should do it. I really wanna restart my town myself but i payed for some villagers and my house is big and everything and i have a load of flowers etc. It is hard to trust people especially people you dont actually know but there are plenty of good people on this forum. I have held stuff for 2 people so far since I have a spare character that has nothing in pockets or anything- ive kept him for this reason. Its good to look at peoples wifi rating

It will require a bit of work for your pwps and everything but Id say go for it- if you got a bit of cash then thats fine- you could always do the duplicate cheat? for more money so you can get your town up to scratch

Do you not have a place were youve kept your qr code online or anything? i doubt it will be too hard to fine them also?

I found my QR codes online, so it would be easy to find them, but I just dont want to have to wait 10 days until I can use the machine

I literally just restarted yesterday. The only things I lost were my non-hybrid flowers, pwps, almost fully upgraded house, QR codes, and the shops I unlocked.
I spent my weekend moving all my items, bells, and villagers to my cycle town. I'd go for it if I were you. I go by EST time and this is up to you but if you like I could hold your bells for you and give you 6 million back. In total I have 70 million bells so that wouldn't hurt.
It's up to you though, and if you like that idea I can only trade after 2:30PM EST
