i'd say if i want to do something, you can trust me with at least a 8/10.
if i don't show interest, 2/10 at most.
very laid back, but i can take initiative. before that, it's basically 1/10 or so.

I am sorry but I revert to his and he when it is a position that could be held by any gender. I know technically I should use one's or even its, but it just sound to formal normally and I'd rather not. Besides it was abstractly in regard to myself as I saw my self in the different scenarios.

Do you mean just out right conscientiousness? That is being able to plan ahead and take care of oneself?

I'd give myself a 10 honestly. I moved out at 18 and had a good job, went through school, graduated, got married and have my own place. I don't have to ask for help from my parents or from anyone else. I pay my own bills, take care of myself and husband and I have everything I could ever want. Bought myself a brand new car, bought my husband a brand new truck, getting ready to move and buy a house. I put my responsibilities first and then have fun and such later. I take responsibility for my own actions, I do things I'm told to do at work in a timely manner.

I am widely known as an irresponsible, reckless, and selfish kid with self-destructive tendencies- to some. But to others I'm a pretty responsible kid, so I guess it depends on who you are and how you know me.
