How many of you guys out there are super happy you now have the option to have him in your game or not. I know for a fact I am not going to be building the Surveillance Center in my town, even though I never reset my game, I just don't want a tacky manhole cover in my town. LoL
I like that it's an option and that they softened him a little bit into more of a funny character. Originally he was juts super annoying and really time consuming and just irritating and didn't add anything positive to the game, but now I think he's cute.
I used to find him rather annoying in Wild World.. I'm glad they have given us the option of having him or not.
I'm definitely not going to build the Surveillance Center.
I actually didn't mind him too much when he popped up for the first time after my battery died. They seemed to lighten up his character a bit. Maybe it was just for the intro that he's softened up, but still. xD
Anywho, I will be building the Surveillance Center. c: We're working on having it built as we speak. ;D I never reset my game and I'm going to be more careful about my battery, so I'm just building it to have him as a character.
I added the reset centre, right at the back corner of my town, and I'm going to plant a tree in front of it as close as I can so I don't notice it. I just did it so I can get his picture!
I miss him. Don't get me wrong, I definitely built his poopy little center, (get it? poopy? sewer? manhole? POOPY!) but I miss how mean he once was. It's not the same. His rants always got me in the right kind of mood for the day. Phyllis sucks too.
