Rescue service staff in break

So, guys, sometimes I'm lazy. And by this I mean that I might have used rescue services from my home (all the way to the north) to the airport more than once... Or twice, lol.
And as many of you might never use it, I thought this could be a cool detail to see.
I don't know how many times have I used the service, but today I found Resseti might get replaced by someone called Rese (is it a typo for Reese?). Do you guys think this is a a new faceless npc? Or maybe it was a typo?

I think they cut themselves off because they didn't want to reveal it was Resetti, so it's like.. "This is Rese-.. uh I mean the service operator!"

It is probably Don telling you that Resetti is on his break.

That is probably Don (Resetti's brother) taking his place. He's saying "Rese..." which means he was most likely about to say "Resetti" before cutting off so he wouldn't reveal who the operator actually was.
