Artwork [Request] Pawprints in sand and Store signs

I was watching some island tour videos and someone added paw prints in the sand and I thought it was the cutest thing but I can't find it anywhere.

I'm also looking for cute designs of the nook's cranny and able sister's stores to put on signs. I'm looking for ones with simplified versions of the store.
