Regular Gulliver instead of Pirate... darn...

Today I have Gulliver in his usual attire... I am so disappointed I don't get to experience his pirate items, yet.

But I'm guessing now you have a change for regular or pirate with this new update. Not guaranteed the pirate look for summer. =/

This also happened to me today and it was super lame. Hopefully pirate Gulliver will show up soon.

Same. I haven’t seen pirate Gulliver yet. I got a mermaid diy today, but I want the pirate stuff more.

I got Gulliver aswell, did feel a bit disappointed! I just want Flick to appear so I can sell him some bugs....

If anything, Pirate Gullivarrr (like Gulliver) doesn't give duplicates until you finish getting the whole set including the color variations of clothing, so it means you're gonna get something new everytime he shows up.

I feel like they are creating these so called new encounters, and giving us old pirate/mermaid stuff with a few (like we need anymore clothing...) extra bits of clothing, and palming it off on to us under the guise of all new material.

Please..

Dividing the Able Sisters up and giving us Label as a NEW visitor, creating a pirate alter ego for Gulliver, and throwing Kicks and Leif into the mix, just to make it look like we have a plethora of 'new' NPC's.

It's a tedious waste, seeing these NPC's split up and dealing with each one separately, when you've been playing AC for fifteen years and you know they are trying to pass off generic hats as unique Gulliver material, or a slightly altered classic set renamed 'antique', as with the rattan which is the cabana series, imperial = exotic, and giving us old Pascal kegs via Gullivarrr.

Don't divide the NPC's that mostly resided under one or two rooves.
The Emporium, and Able Sisters.

I was so bored I TT'd to tomorrow earlier on and got Gulliver.

I'll get another generic hat in the mail, no doubt.


I just want the good stuff back, or better new stuff as I've hit a wall.

There are only a handful of tables in the game and I can't even theme a room that wouldn't look like any other room I've seen.
I made awesome rooms in NL.
Can't do a thing in this game.

And Gulliver, WHERE is the Merlion?!?!?!

Keep in mind every villager is now guaranteed to visit at least once biweekly, with a small chance to visit twice in 2 weeks. While Label is still a pointless visitor, she isn't taking very much away as far as better chances go.

I TT'd to try and spawn Gullivarrr. I cycled through 5 weeks, checking each day. In 3 of those weeks, Gulliver showed up. Then on the 5th week cycle, Gullivarrr.

I’ve also only gotten Non-pirate Gulliver so far. It’s really disappointing to get yet another hat i have no use for in the mail....I want the pirate dress even though I won’t wear it lol

I haven't gotten either! I know my friend had regular Gulliver yesterday and was disappointed. I'm wondering if Pirate Gulliver can visit when regular Gulliver has already visited that week. I guess we'll find out soon!
