Pokémon Regirock/ regice dolls

How do you obtain them. I have Masuda's base in Mossdeep, but he only gives out decorations that a normal player wpuld give. Is it just luck of the RNG, or does a different dev give them?

I've gotten Regice from Ohmori and Masuda (not Morimoto). As for Regirock and Registeel dolls, I've read reports that go both ways. Some people say they can be obtained from the same bases, but it takes a few days before you get them. Others say they are not yet available. I haven't had any luck either, so I'm assuming the few players that have Regirock/Registeel dolls have hacked it into their game.

I think it might be random as I have Masuda's Mossdeep base in my game and he just gave me a Log Chair.

I am not sure if you have to catch the Regis before you get the dolls...

Apparently regice doll is just a rare gift, not guaranteed at any time. Don't know if there are prior criteria, but probably not.

I haven't caught any of them, I have three Regice dolls. So that's not it.
