Will those expansions be like how the main room expanded?
Also, will the price increase every time you want to expand a room?
Because 498,000 for a basement expansion is kinda ridiculous.

It will go up to 598,000 bells per room if you want an 8x8 expansion.

I think it's around 7 million to pay off your house
Totally worth it imo, plus the gold exterior is pretty nice!

Edit: just checked, it's 7,595,800 bells to pay off your whole house.
