Fastest way to get them is by buying them on the island ( going on WiFi )
And buy them yourself.

I got 60 ( of both ) and had to pay 600 medels for all of them ( 300 per 60 )
That's 5 medals a piece

I usually do but I'm having no luck finding any red hibiscus on the island.

I was looking for the Yellow hibiscus for like 4 hours.

Nobody has a lot of the hibiscuses laying around.
Unless they need them them self.
