Just finished every episode of Fullmetal Alchemist, and I honestly loved it. Never really was into anime (I've only watched Avatar: The Last Airbender, old school Pokemon, and Sailor Moon) until now. I'm becoming more interested in it. I'd like to know if there's any amazing animes you've seen. Please share, it would be very nice if it was available via Netflix, but if not then that's fine.

hmm darker than Black was cool... though might be a little mature. Cowboy Bebop is amazing. umm hmm I don't know what is on netflix I will look later.

Darker than Black is on Netflix, it's pretty great, but I very highly recommend watching Mushi-shi, it is by far the best short series anime I've ever watched.
and like Sporge said, Cowboy Bebop is amazing, my favorite anime of all time. OH, Trigun is on Netflix now, I highly recommend watching it.

If you watched the first series of FMA, than I'd suggest Brotherhood, or vice versa. If you watched both, disregard this part of my post.

Soul Eater is a pretty good anime, as well as Fairy Tail. I'd suggest Bleach, but I think it has become more overrated than anything now.

Probably a really obvious one but if you've never seen Dragon Ball you need to watch it, specifically the original series though Dragon Ball Z is good too.

Dragon ball Z rocked, Bleach got boring.

Cowboy Bebop is worth it, Soul Eater was good. Stopped watching them cause it got in way of school work >.> I'll get more names in a awhile if I'm on. Just can't name off the top of my head

Hetalia, not sure if its on Netflix but all the episodes so far are on Youtube, except Youtube says its rated 'MA', but the DVDs are rated 12. Not sure if you'll like it, its funny but the episodes are short.

I really enjoyed Umineko No Naku Koro Ni, a great plot line that keeps you hooked through out it all with some great twists along the way. It can get quite confusing, but that might just be me, although it becomes a lot more clearer through out the anime. Wouldn't really suggest it for the faint-hearted, but definitely one to check out.

Same with Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni, Clannad (if you want a light-hearted kind of anime) and Gosick. Gosick is a fairly new anime, as well, so it's easy for you to keep up with.

FLCL. that is all you will need to watch, ever.

Cowboy Bebop is also approved.

and Castle of Cagliostro, Lupin III.

Okay, thanks for all the awesome suggestions. I'll get them write them all down and try to get one started.
If you think of anymore, please share. 8D

This^ Umineko and Higurashi are <3

oh, but if you're not into extremely gory animes then i wouldn't recommend this :P

How old are you? I don't want to end up recommending some 18+ stuff, unless you're okay with that.

I'll be sixteen in May. I'm OK with most suggestions, I'm just not looking for anime that's too sexual or gory. Reason, I don't want to have to change the show when someone too young comes into the living room. xD

i'd say FLCL is a bit over the top sexual.. but it's definitely worth a watch.

the worst offender is episode 4, fyi. everything else is pretty mild.

Ouran High School Host Club or Axis Powers Hetalia if you're looking for laughs. Black Butler, Soul Eater, Hunter x Hunter. Of course NOW that you ask me, I completely forget. OOOH Death Note (but it's kinda gory and insane).
