@Dunquixote Funimation doesn't censor it. They're really good about keeping true to the original and the voice acting is really good. At least I think so. It's 4kids that had the dubious voice acting and super weird edits

Oh! I never heard of 4kids. The dubbed I heard was the official english dub. I personally didn’t like it; part of it is because I’m used to watching it subbed. That’s great you like it dubbed . They do have a good cast. Sorry I didn’t mean to sound disrespectful; was just explaining my preference.

I used to really dislike the look of One Piece characters so much that it put me off from trying the anime for a long long time.. but I watched a few episodes with my husband a year ago or so and I really enjoyed it! It's such a fun show! We really gotta get around to watching more of it (gotta finish DBZ first...)

I felt the same way too! It’s funny how much I love the series now considering how long I was avoiding it .

Just saw episode 1137 and that was so good I had to mention it. Any thoughts on this or other recent episodes?

Now it seems like we are finally back to the present. Kuma has one of the saddest backstories in all of One Piece. I was really interested following his and Bonney's story. I just want them to be happy. I have so many questions. Did Kuma get his memory back (I think Bonney has his memories now?). What will become of Bonney's ability? I hate Saturn. That punch as the end was well deserved. The way the ending transitioned into the opening was just perfect.

yeah i'm up to date with the manga, but i still have to watch the dressrosa arc, which is going slow because it's my least favorite of the new world stuff, and then the unnecessarily long wano adaptation follows it, before catching up to the book in the show.

Not really a fan but I saw the Lego set that was recently released for the anime and I have to say I actually like how it looks on the box built. I probably won’t get it as I’m not familiar with One Piece but I do like how Lego is giving One Piece fans something from their company.

Yeah those are loong, Dressrosa really drags it out, I enjoyed Wano though. I have not read the manga.
