The Festival/Japanese Lantern is suppose to a EU Bestbuy item (accessible by changing your SSID to _The Cloud). Unfortunately, this item appears to be in-game already for NA & EU players. :/ So, it's not much of an Exclusive item if it could have been cataloged BEFORE today.

Hey thanks for your offer. I just changed my SSID from the_Cloud back to the original and I got the fireworks table!

i didnt even know how you got them D:
now ill never get them
