RDR multiplayer problems?

Hey, My friend is playing Read dead redemption multiplayer right now and ...well strange things are afoot.

He can't acess the outfitter, and all his game choices are gone, he also can't transport, anyone else have this problem?

tell him to forward his ports for xbox 360. i had problems with rdr until i recently did that.
