i think you can just IVs at kiloude city/battle resort (the ace trainer in pokemon center should tell you)

hi! so if he lists some stats like "hp.. oh and attack.. oh and defense ...can't be beat" then that pokemon is 3iv because he only listed 3. 6iv is if he lists all 6 stats.
