Raining islands

Used I think three nook miles tickets today and despite the fact I don't think I'd seen a raining tour island yet, all three were raining - which leads me to ask; is the weather on all nook miles islands programmed to be the same? Like if it's raining on one, it'll be raining on the next? Please and thanks!

That's been my experience so far -- all nook ticket islands seem to have the same weather as each other. If one is rainy, the rest will be as well.

I've caught so many coelacanths on those.

I had a day of complete rain on my island, and all the islands I visited via NookMiles were raining as well.
