Rain during cherry blossoms?

Has it rained in anyone's town while having the cherry blossoms? (April 1st to April 10th)

It's been dryyyy all ten days in my town. Not even a cloudy day. Bummed because I really wanted to see the pink trees with he rain. I've just been imagining how kawaii my town would look...
