So I decided to hold a raffle for him ~

Rules:
- You must have space ready for him, I cannot wait since he's already set in boxes.
- You must have more than 3 ratings and 100%

- Do not enter if you plan to sell him.

Raffle ends Wednesday 12AM EST. I'll be using the random generator site to pick the winner. They'll have 12 hours to reply.
