Hi everyone I love playing racing games MK is my favourite but I also have crash team racing what do you play be good to play with some people

Only most popular racing game l have is the MK games. I own the MK8, Wii, DS, MK7, and one of the retro MK games.
I have other racing games, but they're not popular ones and l don't remember the names.

Team Sonic Racing is really fun, but the Switch version is kind of the worst for online because you can only play with friends in private lobbies since there is no invite system. The use of teamwork in it is unique compared to other racing games. Other good ones I love on older systems include Sonic and All Stars Racing Transformed, F-Zero GX, Sonic Riders, Sonic Riders Zero Gravity, and Kirby Air Ride.

Not sure if it's small playerbase or bad matchmaking system but last time I played it was hard to get full lobbies. I will fire it up over the weekend and let you know if I still run into the same problem.

I just bought Team Sonic Racing! My sister did too so we've been playing it together through local play. We just played for three hours tonight lol

Soundtrack wise, Asphalt 9: Legends is an experience. It's free on the eshop and also on mobile, I believe?
It's a more realistic racing game though I feel like it's mostly a solo game. The pay to win aspect makes it unfair when competing with others online haha. You can play at your own pace and complete simple objectives in solo mode if you're into that

Mario Kart of course! I have been super hooked on Sonic Racing: Crossworlds lately... it eally feels like a Sonic game... fast!

I thought I would bump this old thread since I'm also curious about racing games people enjoy? I tried another attempt at one of the newer Gran Turismo games since it was heavily discounted, and I am just not good at realistic racing games. I guess I need unrealistic drifting, turtle shells and banana peels

I love Mario Kart World and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, but my favourite racing game for the story mode is Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled. I played as Polar both in regular racing and story mode. Polar also had some really cute skins like Hunter-Fisherman Polar and Ugly Sweater Polar! So cute.

I’m not really into racing games but I can handle Kirby Air Riders in short bursts.

Love Mario Kart Wii, Mario Kart 8, and Mario Kart World Tour! The Crash Bandicoot racing game was also fun. There was also a Super Monkey Ball one I enjoyed.

I got the Atari 50th anniversary game for Nintendo Switch. It includes a lot of different games, including Atari Karts. It’s not fun, but I’m glad there are other games on there.

I dont know if you meant that to be funny, but it made me laugh I thought it was going to be some revelation for an old racing game I have never heard of, and then... "It's not fun". Intentional or not, thank you for that!

You’re welcome! I must confess, I didn’t spend that long playing it, so maybe it WOULD be fun if I stuck it out more, but like I said, there were a lot of better games on there.
