So, last night I had to TT on my main DS to get rid of someone that was moving so that I could buy one of my main dream characters.

Anyway, I ended up TT to and even though it was almost 4am at the time, in addition to changing the date I changed the clock back by 12 hours so that I could tan overnight whilst I was asleep.

Anyway, So now I want to TT to change my DS's clock forward by 12 hours to get to the correct time, (currently 2:40pm here and 2:40am on DS) this will take me into the next day on my DS, but I'm worried this might screw up with the villager I asked to move in last night.

If I TT forward by 12 hours and into the next day, will this interfere at all with my villager moving in?

Thanks in advance.

Nope. If they've already begun building their house, if it's not 6 AM yet on your game, setting it forward 12 hours will result in a completed house.

If they haven't even begun building yet and it's before 6 AM, their house will begin to be built.

If they haven begun building and it's after 6 AM, nothing will happen.

Just done a quick sweep of my town and there aren't any reserved signposts yet anywhere for the new neighbour.

So it's OK then even if there's no signpost?

Time travelling 2.40am to 2:40pm will progress the game due to passing 6am. The only effect it'll have on the villager is speeding up the moving process.
