After you paid 100k for the bridge, money resets to 0. You then have to pay 500k for the fountain. Once that is done, money resets, and you must pay 1 million for the lighthouse or windmill.

I think it's 200k for the bridge which you must get before the fountain. Once the bridge is established its 500k for the fountain.

Yeah its 200k for bridge, once you get the bridge you can donate 500k for fountain.

It's beem confirmed to be 400k. The Prima book was wrong (what a surprise). If you donate 500k (like I did), you'll get the fountain, but lose 100k.
