Hi everyone!

I have been going through my fossil collection in the museum and am wondering is there is a way to easily know which fossils I'm missing. The fish and bugs have an easy way to know which you have/have not collected but I have not seen anything as consolidated as this for fossils. Thank you for your help!

What I did was I made a checklist of all the fossils (I had no clue the website above existed, just found out. That's time I'll never get back lol) and then I went through the museum and checked every single fossil to see which ones I have and checked those off. Then you can check them off as you go along :)

There are many sites on which you can check which fossils you have and which you are missing (for example https://ac-catch.com) ☺

Woah this site is pretty nice! I've seen one for bugs and fish before which is really usual as well which is right here if you are interested in checking it out! Hopefully it'll help anyone that happens to across this page as well~

I really feel like I should have started logging my fossils from the beginning, but it always seem to be in hindsight lol

You can check which fossils you have in the Nook Shopping app under 'wallpapers, flooring and more' and then compare it to a list online like the one posted above
The only downside to this would be if, for some reason, you had a fossil in your possession that hasn't been donated to your museum. Though I doubt this would happen often.
