Questions about DLC

I just have a couple questions about DLC items, I don't really know that much about them.

1. Do you think that Nintendo will release any new DLC in the future for ACNL? I know that the astrology/zodiac set was last summer, and I think that's the most recent. I'm leaning towards no on this one, but I'm not sure.

2. If you time traveled back to a certain date when a DLC was being distributed, would you be able to get it? I wouldn't do this since I only have one town and it would mess everything up but it would be kind of cool if you could.

1. No. The game is a few years old now and the last time they did DLC was last summer like you said, so I don't see them starting it up again.

2. No. The DLC is distributed online so all that matters is whether DLC is being distributed in real time. Changing the in-game clock doesn't do anything.
