People talk about cycling their villagers
like if they have a dreamie in their town but the dreamie is in boxes they want to cycle..
how does cycling work?
do I just void my dreamie or...

Well, they get a holder I guess, if that's what you're asking. I'm very confused.

I want my dreamie but she's in the wrong place
so I want to move her out
but how do I get her back ( without a holder )

Wrong place as in wrong place?
Like
Her house is not in the place you want her to be in

If you mean she plotted in a bad place in your town, you'll have to move her out (you can void or let someone else adopt her).
Then cycle through sixteen different villagers (basically this means you'll need sixteen villagers to move out) & you should be able to invite her to move back into your town. If you don't do this, she can't move back in.
If you don't want a holder, though, this means you'll have to buy/adopt her from someone else when you're ready.
Is this what you're talking about or no? ^^; The process can be tedious, so you might want to go through all your options first before making the decision. Like, see if you can plan your town around her house etc. before dedicating yourself to it.

This sounds about right. I assume that you didn't plot reset, so you can either move her out and 16 cycle it, as outlined above, or you can run paths to go around the house or just relandscape the entire area.
