Question! Please Help!

So one day, Gigi appeared in my campsite and a few days after, Stitches, my favorite villager, appeared in my campsite, but I couldn't get him because I had 10 villagers, so I cried a bit...

But then, after a bit of time traveling, Gigi appeared in my campsite once again!

So now I'm wondering, are there like certain villagers that will always appear in your campsite, or like a villager is fixed to always appear on a certain day and I time traveled back to the day Gigi first appeared, or like whats the deal with that?

I now have 9 villagers so if there is a way to make Stitches appear in my campsite again, please tell me!

campers are random, but I've noticed some tend to spawn more often (at least to me)

hazel spawned twice for me, i think they appear no matter what but there are 333 villagers so they should vary
