I'm pretty sure this has been answered before but I'll still ask nevertheless just to be sure lol...

So if my memory serves me right, TT'ing backwards more than a day (e. g. from June 17 going back to June 4) just registers as one day in game right? So even tho I turn back time more than one day, the game will only see it as a day passed?

Also about the villager plot, I have Bam in boxes (adopted already by someone here), if I turn back time, my assumption is that Bam will be gone and a plot will be open? Will it affect the villager exterior of the one that will move in and suddenly have a glitch and will inherit Bam's exterior if I did that?

Last the villager plot will be untouched until 5 am right?

So sorry for the bombardment of questions lol as I cycled for the first time and don't know what step to do next, I really want to go back in time already so I could go by the day again and do my dailies, but I have to be sure if I can without any problems whatsoever as I don't want anything strange and unexpected thing to happen lol

Thanks for answering, hoping someone knows the answer to the other questions I have

idk the answer to your first question, but i do know that if you tt backwards bam will be gone but it should not affect the next villager’s exterior as long as you’re not tt-ing backwards the day someone “claims” the plot! to be safe, always tt forwards if you want the new villager moving in to not be in boxes and never backwards! also you’re correct, plot will be untouched until 5 AM the next day!

I’ve never had the exterior glitch for me while TT’ing backwards. And as far as I know yes 5am is a new day!

As far as I remember, if you travel back the house will still be there with the message 'ive moved out' and there is a high possibility the house exterior of the villager who takes that plot will be glitched. I mean it's a minor glitch that doesn't affect the villagers actions, just their house exterior will maybe look like bams. So, I wouldn't recommend you ty back until the next villager is safely unboxed

So from my recent experience I had Lucky picked up by my friend on June 1st but I wanted to load the next game day (June 2)with the next villager she wanted walking around(day after boxes). So this is what I did and no the exterior did not glitch. That is caused by TT and missing the sold sign, boxes stage, and going straight to out of boxes. I know this bc I have purposely glitched houses to my desired exterior.

I TT to May 30. The house still said I've moved out. Invited the next villager with amiibo. Picked that house. I don't believe the amiibo effects this but have not tested.
TT to the next day plot says sold. Save and quit.
TT to the next day villager in boxes. Finished my stuff for that day. Save and quit.
Real time day loads ans normal on June 2 villager is walking around fine no glitched house :)
Hope this help answer your question some?
