Question? Fortune tellers shop!

So I guess Katrina has read my fortune over 20 times and she pinged me about the shop but she told me in order to attract villagers to start a pwp but she left it up to me. Is this necessary for her to open the shop or will she still open it regardless? The pwp is 340,000 bells and all it is, is a question mark.

The shop is the PWP, so you have to build it if you want the shop to be opened.

Is a question mark as you wont place it wherever you want it, is going to be on main street next to the photo booth, and yes, as every PWP you get you have to pay for it or that wont happen.

Yup, you have to pay for it or Katrina won't build it. The icon is a question mark because it won't show you what it looks like on Main Street until it is open.

Yeah that's what I was thinking that I would place the pwp anywhere but I totally forgot about Main Street. I had a dumb moment :/
