Question for getting back Villager?

Hey everyone,

A couple of months ago I lost my dreamie, Wolfgang, due to cycling. However, my close friend was able to hold him for me. When I complete my 16 villager cycle, and ask him to move back in, will he still remember me? Or will he treat me like a new person?

When you invite him back in he will mention that it will be great to be neighbors again, but that's it. He won't act like he lived in your town before once he gets there.

If he is the one that came from your town he will remember you. If he is a brand new Wolfgang he won't.
