Question about voiding villagers

Hi!
Bree recently moved out of my main town. My spare town doesn't have 10 villagers, but has another Bree in it.

Is it possible for me to clear my main towns' void by visiting my spare town?
Or: Is the void cleared when the voided villager can't move in, or only when there are 10 villagers?

I believe the void is cleared when there is ten villagers, but I'm not sure how it is when you have the same villager in the town you are visiting. I never really tried it before, but the void should be cleared if you visit your other town.

Actually the que to accommodate voided villagers have 2 boxes. One is for streetpass and the other is for actual transactions like hosting/visiting. When your streetpass setting is on, the departed villager is sent to streetpass box preferentially, and when it's off, they're sent to the box for actual transaction.
So if your streetpass setting is on, visiting other town isn't gonna hand her to the town you visit. But in this case, your the other town has her as well, so either way this voided Bree will be overridden.
