Question about Two Villagers in Boxes At Once (One Moving Out, One Moving In)

A villager will be in moving-in boxes in my town tomorrow. I could use an amiibo to put a different villager into moving-out boxes tomorrow as well. Are there any glitches or other problems known to happen with two villagers in boxes at once? Would it be better for me to just wait an extra day before moving in my amiibo?

I think just to be safe I'm going to wait a day, but if anyone has any more information on this, I'd be curious to hear it.
