Question about the shop & forum addons

I have noticed that certain forum addons always seem to be sold out.
Do I need to purchase the +1 image in signature addon to place an image in my signature or do I automatically have 1 image slot?

I don't believe there will ever be a time when Justin/other mod/admin will restock the +image items, unless you, quoting Justin: "Wire $2000 per item to my bank account and I'll think about it?"

Pretty sure you automatically have one picture slot to begin with
