Question about saplings

So I'm trying to plant as many non fruit trees as I can in preparation for the cherry blossom season. I've now run out of saplings, and will be starting to plant 1k bells with my golden shovel. Can anyone confirm that these trees will also turn pink? Thanks in advance!

I don't think they do I've found an image from a dream town where there are pink bell trees, so I hope the answer to my question is yes

Somebody told me cedar trees are the only trees that turn pink. I've only just started playing AC, so I've never seen them before. I checked the Wiki page though, and it says all non-fruit baring trees turn into Cherry Blossoms, so I would assume money shouldn't count as fruit.

any trees that have things growing in them (fruit/bells) won't turn pink. cedar trees will always be cedar trees.
