Everything from Gracie is always on the expensive side. I'm not too sure about the clothing (I'm assuming 1k-8k), but I know that the furniture you're talking about runs from 100k-400k per item depending on the item.

Ohh, gotcha ^.^ They're worth far less. I'd say about 1/3 the price you bought them for. You may have better luck selling them to fellow players. I know a lot of people would like Gracie furniture!
