Question about my Mayor.

Is itt possible to move my mayors house? Or if I make a new character, can I delete my mayor without deleting my town, and have the new guy become mayor?

No, you have to delete the town if you want to delete your Mayor.

Unfortunately no. Permanent placements like your mayor's house and some PWPs have driven me to restart because it being in a terrible place in the long run. Location is definitely one of biggest challenges beyond choosing the right map.
