question about moving amiibo cards out

one of my amiibo cards (jeremiah) has moved into a bad spot in my town. if i kicked him out, and put a path along there (apparently that stops them from moving there now) could i just scan him again or will he not want to move in again?

Yeah that'll work just fine! Your friendship level (even though that's non-existent since I'm guessing he just moved in) will be reset so it's like he forgot all about you and your town. That's the nice thing about amiibo cards, even when that villager moves out you can just move them right back in again!
