Question about Harv’s Island

My friend lent me her massive amount of amiibo card and I want to scan all of them to get their posters.

Is there a faster way to scan the cards? I can only scan to a maximum of ten at once.

Is there a way for me to “erase” or get rid of them (like you would when you put away furniture) or do I have to leave and enter the island via Dodo?

You can remove the villagers as if they were furniture, it uses the same button.

you can remove villagers the same as furniture. Select them and I think it’s “Y” to remove them
