question about getting villagers through campsite

is there a specific 'set' of villagers that'll visit the campsite?

is it possible to get any of the 333 villagers through the campsite? :>

The campsite allows any villager that is not currently living in your town, HOWEVER the villager cannot be an RV exclusive villager (from the welcome amiibo cards).

I'm not sure how it works with villagers that are "in the void" so to speak, but I hope it helps.

It allows every villager except the welcome amiibo ones.
