Question about flowers?

So I've seen windflowers, pansys, tulips, and hyacinths but no roses, lillies or mums yet. Are those only from nook islands? Or are they just native to other people's islands? I dont really care about buying hybrids of them, just basic seeds. Do they even sell in seed bags?
